About Us
Bryan Waligura has been doing Taxidermy for over 30 years. As owner and operator of Waligura Taxidermy & Hunting Supplies he took in over 500 animals a year, ranging from native animals to exotic animals from Africa and the Northern countries – he has done it all. Bryan decided to sell Waligura Taxidermy & Hunting Supplies in 2009 as he wanted to teach others his trade and has been teaching Taxidermy ever since. In 2022, he expanded his classes to include Tanning and Processing. With the addition of the Tanning courses, he has opened a full service Tannery and is now Tanning hides for the public and for fellow Taxidermists.
Bryan has loved hunting since he learned how to shoot a gun as a boy and he has been blessed to be able to take his love for hunting and turn it into a lifelong career. His creativity and keen eye for wildlife makes his mounts and hides look lifelike. He prides himself on providing quality hides, mounts and even delicious processed wild game to his clients.
Bryan is extremely excited to be able to open up this Tannery for the public and looks forward to providing quality hides and Taxidermy to all.
Lone Star Fur Dressing and Taxidermy can do a fantastic job mounting your trophies, tanning or dressing your hides and even wild game processing.
